2. Refund & Return Policy

IAt Doyoung, we specialize in customized water bottles for global B2B clients. Given the nature of our business, our refund and return policy is tailored to suit wholesale, bulk, and OEM/ODM transactions.

2.1 Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to business clients who have placed an order or sample request through DoyoungHydro.com or via direct correspondence with our sales team.

2.2 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

• The product is not customized and is in unused, original condition
• The return request is made within 7 days of receipt
• The reason for return is due to manufacturing defects or wrong item shipped

Note: All return requests must be reviewed and approved by our customer service team.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Customized products with client-specific logos, colors, or features
• Bulk orders where production was based on client-approved samples
• Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the client

2.4 Quality Issues or Shipping Damage

In the event of defects or damage during transport:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and a written description of the issue
• We will investigate and offer one of the following solutions:
  • Partial refund
  • Free replacement (for confirmed defective items)
  • Credit note for your next order

We may request the return of faulty products for internal inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.

2.5 Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days
• Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment
• For B2B wire transfers or offline payment, bank transaction time may vary

2.6 Cancellations

Sample orders may be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped

Bulk customized orders cannot be canceled once production begins, due to personalized specifications and materials preparation

• All products are BPA-free and comply with major food-grade material standards (e.g., LFGB, FDA, EN standards)
• Our operations align with the European Union Product Safety Directive and GCC technical regulations
