Doyounghydro is a leading custom drinkware manufacturer based in China, with over 25 years of experience serving global B2B clients. Our 20,000㎡+ facility integrates R&D, mold engineering, injection, blow molding, and printing — offering full in-house control from concept to shipment.

We specialize in stainless steel bottles, plastic tumblers, hydrogen water bottles, and filtration solutions, all customizable for branding, functionality, and sustainability. Our products are exported to 60+ countries across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, backed by certifications such as LFGB, FDA, CE, and ISO.

We don’t just make bottles — we help you build market-ready, brand-enhancing hydration products with speed, flexibility, and long-term value.

Manufacturing and R&D Capabilities

At Doyounghydro, we operate a vertically integrated manufacturing facility of over 20,000 square meters, designed to deliver both quality and scalability. Our in-house capabilities include R&D, mold design, injection molding, blow molding, surface finishing, logo printing, and final assembly — enabling full control over every production stage.

Driven by a team of senior engineers, our in-house R&D center develops 50+ new products annually, focusing on structural innovation, material upgrades, and market-specific functionality like hydrogen generation, water purification, and insulation performance.

We run 8 automated production lines and multiple custom workstations to accommodate both high-volume orders and small-batch customizations. With a monthly output capacity of over 500,000 units, we ensure rapid turnaround without compromising quality.

Every product undergoes multi-point quality checks, including leak tests, durability testing, thermal insulation validation, and — for functional bottles — battery life and electrolysis efficiency tests. From stainless steel vacuum flasks to smart hydrogen bottles, our production system is built for precision, consistency, and global compliance.
